Unlike other workout plans sold online, your program will contain fun and challenging workouts that are suited to your exercise preferences.
I will simplify your training by telling you the reps, sets and rest times of each workout. There will also be video demonstrations on each exercise.

You need to feed your body with proper nutrition to see results! I will create a personalised meal plan catered to your unique nutritional needs.
Your meal plan will contain simple and delicious recipes that will help your body feed good on the inside and look good on the outside.
All your meals will be easier and quick to prepare so you won’t be spending hours in the kitchen or buying lots of ingredients. I focus on SIMPLE nutrition.
To make things easier for you, you’ll get a shopping list to take with you when you go to the supermarket.

Hey I'm Jay,
As a child I was always into fitness. I played any and every sport just so I could get out of class! My nutrition on the other hand was a different story, my diet consisted of a lot of processed foods, sweet treats and more!
It wasn't until I turned 26 (I'm now 33) that I realized I wasn't going to progress with my goals unless I took my nutrition and training seriously. This is when I made the decision to educate myself in further University studies.
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, with a major in Sport & Exercise, I also have a Graduate Diploma in Science, Endorsed in Human Nutrition. I am now Qualified in Australia as a Clinical Nutritionist.
I have competed as an athlete at an international level and am also a coach at F45 Sydney City!
My philosophy towards nutrition is a holistic one. It is important, not only to know what to eat, but when, how much, and why you're eating what you're eating.
Let's face it, most of us know roughly what we should be eating, and that we should be doing some sort of exercise, but we aren't just able to make a plan and stick to it. That's where I come in!
Having worked with a variety of clients, ranging from elite athlete, Mums who want to lose weight, to the average Joe. I have gained vast experience and knowledge in many aspects of nutrition. I am able to tailor a meal plan bespoke to you.

During covid lockdown I was living a fairly unhealthy lifestyle.
A lot of emotional eating and drinking and a huge lack of physical activity.
I was lucky enough to be approached by Jay during that period to take up on the 28 day challenge.
The task itself didn't feel like a challenge but more of a recalibration of lifestyle.
The plan put in place was realistic and achievable with a little bit of determination.
It was a simple system with realistic expectations of an individual.
Since taking up that challenge, my lifestyle has changed for the better. I started the challenge at 93kgs and continued to lose around 7kgs during that 28 days period.
Post the 28 days, I was still able to continue living a healthier lifestyle. I continued to shred more weight and now am able to maintain the weight I have lost.
This year I will be attempting my very first half marathon, I truly believe that Jays challenge kickstarted this mental edge in me to live and continue to live a healthier lifestyle.
I completed Jay's 28 day programme. Jay has so much knowledge when it comes exercise and nutrition and she made sure we had the right information leading into the programme so we could prepare and smash it!
Jay is an incredibly motivating person and makes you want to stick to it. I have never stuck to any gym programmes or eating well but with the help of Jay I managed to not only stick to her 28 days but find a new way of looking at exercise and food.
It's gone beyond the 28 days and cannot wait for more programmes and nutrition plans she will bring out.
I’ve always been hesitant to start a diet due to the fact that I’ve been very lucky to eat whatever I want and not put on weight. As I’ve become older my metabolism has slowed down and it became obvious to me that I needed to change up my diet and seek nutrition advice from a professional.
Jay motivated me to step outside my comfort zone and try something new and I’m so happy I took her advice and followed her meal plan. The reason behind starting the new diet was to mainly look more lean whilst also dropping a few kg’s.
The meal plan was super easy to follow and more importantly SO TASTY! My fish/salmon dinners are my favorite meals. I had no idea something so tasty could still be so healthy for me. I would strongly recommend any male/female who is looking to get into shape whilst feeling better about themselves at the same time to definitely follow Jay’s nutrition & exercise plans.
So I started off Jays challenge very sceptical because I love food and don’t have a lot of extra money for me to eat separate meals from the family, and I thought it wasn't really going to make a change.
I didn't really do the exercises as the first 2 days left me in so much pain. In hindsight though, pain is love right and doing this challenge was me loving myself. So I decided Id do it, but at my own pace.
I'm a mum of 3 and worked full time during this so usually I cooked easy meals that the kids would eat, or takeaways. I sit around all day because I never have the energy to do anything I'm always exhausted even when I wake up in the morning.
I loved the meal plans they were so easy, and yummy!
I lost between 3 to 6kgs on the duration of this, which everyone around me noticed.
Jay was extremely helpful throughout the whole journey and really kept me accountable for what I was doing, checking in on me etc so I felt guilty for sneaking in extra junk food as she was so supportive it felt like I would be letting her down.
I couldn't imagine the change when I first started but as it progressed, the more I could see and feel the differences.
All in all 10 out of 10 for this awesome experience and I would love to stick at it.
